Why are the prices of new houses at Jalan Kebun ( within 2 km radius from the town of Jalan Kebun ) not going to be like last year or the year before ?
1. The land available for building houses is getting lesser with more housing projects being developed over the years ; this, invariably will cause the land cost to go up.
2. The labour cost, skilled and unskilled, in the construction industry is not going to decrease over the coming years.
3. Costs of raw to semi-raw material for building houses, from sand to steel, have increased since last year. The invariable increase in demand for the material for construction and development, as have been reported in the media, arising from the Tsunami in Japan, Olympic in London, the continuous growth in China are not going to help in making the price cheaper. Big developer is not spared from this, what more the small one?

Mengapa harga rumah baru / projek rumah baru di Jalan Kebun ( 2 km radius dari pekan Jalan Kebun ) tak akan seperti tahun sebelum ini?
1. Tanah untuk bina rumah akan terus berkurangan bila lebih banyak projek perumahan dibina. Ini akan menyakibatkan kos tanah naik lebih tinggi.
2. Gaji pekerja di bidang pembangunan rumah tidak akan jadi lebih rendah pada tahun depan, sepertimana ia tidak lebih rendah pada tahun ini berbanding dengan tahun lepas.
3. Sebab sebab lain yang dapat dibaca di suratkhabar seperti Tsunami di Japan, Olympic di London, pembangunan pesat di China akan meninggikan lagi permintaan pada bahan pembinaan. Ini pasti akan menaikkan harga rumah.
