In the meantime, please arrange for the necessary documents so that you can stand a better chance of getting the house than those who are "unprepared". Notification of vacancy or opening will be done en bloc according to the sequence of registration. But the house will go to those who are "prepared" and come first with the booking deposit.

Di masa yang sama, sila sediakan dokumen dokumen untuk permohonan pinjaman bank. Pihak kami akan memberitahu jika ada kekosongan pada projek semasa atau pembukaan jualan projek baru. Mereka yang sudah "sedia" akan mempunyai peluang yang lebih tinggi untuk menempah rumah.
