New housing project in Jalan Kebun Shah Alam and Jalan Kebun Baru Kuala Langat

What prompted me to write this posting was questions by visitors to my blog: Is buying houses at Jalan Kebun Shah Alam a better buy / investment than in Jalan Kebun Baru Batu 9 and Batu 10 Kuala Langat?

At this point of time, new housing projects at Jalan Kebun Shah Alam are more in demand due to its location which are very near to KESAS Highway and the linked route to Kota Kemuning, Bukit Rimau and Shah Alam. New housing projects at Jalan Kebun Baru will be a bit far, but new houses here are "compensated" with cheaper price than houses at Jalan Kebun!

Eventually, accessibility will not be a problem to these two areas. As it is now, it is not even a problem. It will become better in times. The government will link up district and new housing projects with new highways. South Klang Valley Expressway ( SKVE ) will soon provide much convenience to residents in Jalan Kebun Baru Batu 9 and Batu 10, and surrounding Teluk Panglima Garang, Jenjarom and Banting, linking to Puchong and Putrajaya and soon to Pulau Indah, Port Klang!!

My personal opinion is such - those who intend to buy their first house can consider new housing projects at Jalan Kebun Baru, Teluk Panglima Garang, Jenjarom and Banting.

One of the advantages of buying developer's house / houses in new housing development is a better potential of price appreciation. Just like in Taman Satria, Teluk Panglima Garang, the price of each house has increased by RM10,000.00 since it's launching somewhere end of 2011.

Inter-connectivity is the way to sustain and balance the development in the state of Selangor with each township being self sustained and ease up the demand of property and houses in the urban areas in the state.
